AI is here. The next decade will not undo it. Machines do some tasks better. Humans do others better. The line between them moves. But there is always a line. On the tasks that matter — analysis, decision, judgement — the hybrid team beats either alone. AI does not replace humans. Humans cannot ignore AI. They work best together.
No one fully understands a modern AI model. That is fine — you do not need to. What matters is how we use it — the inputs we provide and the context we set. Around the model sit four other layers: software, instructions, infrastructure, context. Outcomes that are safe, reliable, and accountable depend on this interaction, not on understanding every formula.

HUMAN-MACHINE- ADVANTAGE
AI does not belong everywhere. Find the problem first, then ask whether AI fits — not the reverse. Measure the advantage as return on investment; if the return isn't there, AI isn't the answer. Some problems suit automation and AI. Many do not. Telling them apart is the work.
